We just drove our bus about 300 miles. Dad and Mom decided to take the bus up to South Carolina to visit some family. I was already up in S.C, so they picked me up while they were there. It took them 5 hours to get from our house to my grandmothers. When we drive our van it only takes 3 hours, but because the bus only goes 55 mph it took a little long. So far the bus is looking really good, Dad has figured out where to put the kitchen and bathroom, has 2 beds made and the sitting area is almost done. But it is still a work in progress. Mom and Dad have pick out a theme for the bus and it is so cool. We are doing Red, White and Blue, hopefully they will let me help with the design. Mom got my grandmother to fix some of the red curtains while we were up in S.C but we still need a few more. The trip to S.C and back to our house was really good, the bus rides really rough but it still was a good trip. The only thing that would make it better would be if we had an air conditioner in it. Dad said that before we take our next trip we will have one. Here are some pics of the bus and our very first trip on the bus!!
